K5-8th Graders Basketball program registration begins.
For K4-5th Graders Registration Form – fill out and email form to info@dbcjax.com fax 904-764-2322 or mail in 10500 Old King Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32219.
Cost $60 per child includes basketball shorts and t-shirt and shorts, t-shirt and poms for cheerleaders.
Evaluations November 17 – 6pm-8pm and November 18 – 9am-1pm. First games is January 7, 2018.
Practices begin the week of December 4, 2017. All games and practices will be held in the Dinsmore Baptist Church Gym.
Payment can be made through online form registration, by mailing in or bringing in a completed brochure form to Dinsmore Baptist Church Office. Debit and credit cards are accepted online. Cash, check, debit and credit cards are accepted in our church office. All payments must be received by December 15, 2018.
