Visitor

Are you a first time visitor to Dinsmore? There are a few things you might want to know about our church.

Dinsmore Baptist offers a welcoming environment. Our church members strive to convey a friendly and inviting atmosphere to encourage guests to visit us again.

Some of the most common questions asked are:

How Do I Know Where The Classes and Services Are?

We have a dedicated group of people that are ready to guide you and direct you right where you need to go. These church members are stationed throughout the campus, including in the parking lot. They are ready to point you in the right direction.

I Have a Baby, Is There a Nursery?

It is our pleasure to take care of your baby. Our greeters, and volunteer team members, that work in the Family Life Center, are able to take you where you need to go.

What is the Process For Dropping Off My Child?

You are able to drop your children off in our secure facility while you attend Bible study and worship service.

When dropping off infants, you will need to sign them in. The workers will ask you to provide them with any information they need to know about your child. This includes their sleep needs, eating schedule, and ways they find comfort.

Note: please label all of the items you bring with you with your child’s name.
Nursery age children will be assigned a number that will be announced in church if there is a need for your assistance.

Pre-School Program Information

Nursery-K5 care is provided Sundays beginning at 9:45am and ending at 11am. This allows you the time to worship while your children have a program that is designed specifically for them. Wednesday evenings, Nursery-3 year olds may be taken to the Nursery area as early as 6:50pm.

Are There Programs For My School Aged Children

For older children you will need to fill out a visitor form on your first visit with us. This allows us to have a record of your visit and reach out to you with future events at the church.

There is free time for the kids from 9:45am – 10:00am. Your child is able to play games such as air hockey, mini basketball, foosball, and ping pong before Kidstown starts.

During the 10:00am worship hour, we have Kidstown children’s worship for all 1st-6th graders. Your children may be dropped off as early as 9:45am.

Be sure to pick up your school aged children in the building where we host Kidstown.
